Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Sellerio (accessed at mysellerio.com) and any subscription plan you purchase. By creating an account or using Sellerio, you agree to these terms.
The service
Sellerio is an operations and advertising platform for sellers running one or more brands on Amazon, Flipkart, and/or Meesho. It connects to your marketplace accounts via their official APIs (e.g. Amazon's SP-API and Advertising API) to provide order tracking, inventory management, financial reporting, advertising management, and related tools, on a subscription basis.
Accounts & access
- You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide when creating an organization or user account, and for keeping your login credentials confidential.
- Access to Sellerio is role-based — an organization's admin controls which staff members have access and at what permission level.
- You're responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including actions taken by staff members you've invited.
Billing & subscriptions
- Subscription plans are billed monthly or annually via Razorpay, in advance of each billing period.
- Upgrading to a higher-priced plan mid-cycle is prorated and charged immediately; downgrading takes effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
- Full details on cancellation, refunds, and failed-payment handling are in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Suspension for non-payment
If a renewal payment fails, Sellerio follows a grace-period schedule before restricting access: you'll be notified of the failed payment, given a grace period to update your payment method, and — if payment still hasn't succeeded after that grace period — your account access will be suspended until the outstanding balance is settled. Suspension does not delete your data; see our Privacy Policy for retention terms.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use Sellerio to: violate any marketplace's (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho) terms of service; access data you're not authorized to access, including another organization's data; attempt to reverse-engineer, resell, or white-label the platform without a separate written agreement; or use the service for any unlawful purpose.
Data & marketplace connections
Connecting a marketplace account (e.g. via Amazon's Selling Partner API) grants Sellerio the specific API permissions you authorize, used solely to power your own dashboards and reports. You can revoke this access at any time, either from within Sellerio or directly through the marketplace's own developer/app management console. See our Privacy Policy for full details on what data is accessed and how it's handled.
Service availability
We aim to keep Sellerio available and responsive, but the service depends in part on third-party APIs (marketplace platforms, payment processors, AI providers) outside our direct control, and scheduled maintenance may occasionally cause brief downtime. We're not liable for outages caused by a third-party API being unavailable.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change materially, the "Last updated" date above will be revised and active account holders will be notified.
